Data Deletion Request

At KreditCall (powered by Usha Financial Services Limited), we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
1. Delete Your Data Through the App
You can request deletion of your account and personal data directly within the KreditCall app:
- Open the KreditCall app on your device
- Go to Profile / Settings
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm your identity and submit the deletion request
Your request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
2. Request Deletion via Email
If you prefer, you can request data deletion by sending an email to our Grievance Officer:

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your full name as registered on KreditCall
- Reason for deletion (optional)
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- Device and technical data
- App usage data
- Any other personal data not subject to regulatory retention
4. Data That May Be Retained
As a regulated NBFC, we are legally required to retain certain records as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other applicable laws. The following data may be retained even after account deletion:
- KYC records: Retained for 5 years after cessation of business relationship (as per the Prevention of Money Laundering Act)
- Loan and transaction records: Retained for 8 years after loan closure (as per RBI guidelines)
- Consent records: Retained for the duration of consent validity + 1 year
- Records required for ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory compliance
Such retained data will be securely stored and will only be used for legal and regulatory compliance purposes. It will be permanently deleted once the mandated retention period expires.
5. Processing Timeline
- Your request will be acknowledged within 24 hours
- Deletion will be completed within 30 days of request verification
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
6. Important Notes
- If you have an active loan or pending repayment, your account cannot be deleted until the loan is fully repaid and closed
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use KreditCall services again after deletion
